Location. Location. Location. Very nice facilty, pool & rooms/beds.

Excellent property and staff. We've stayed here before and every time, it exceeds our expectations. We upgraded the room to an ocean front, and it was amazing! The room was big with a separate little sitting/dining area that looked out at the ocean. Every single staff that we encountered was kind, professional, and went above and beyond. Check-in, cleaning staff, room service, pool attendees, bartender, and check-out staff were all Excellent. And the room was beautiful, clean, spacious, and comfortable!

Room was spacious and my toddler had room to run around. I think we got a larger room with a large sitting area. Hotel staff was available via text and answered questions pretty quickly. All the staff was very helpful. We reserved some beach chairs and umbrellas and spent a good amount of time in the water. Pool was ok. There were various games to play in the are. Park nearby is very cute for those with kids. We were able to see the fireworks from sea world from our room.

The pool is the best part of the property and the fireworks from Seaworld made it even better. Also I have to give a shout out to Alison Lindsey the office manager. She was very helpful in resolving issues my billing which was a bit complicated. Customer Service is top notch.
